A contemporary villa in Son Gual, just fifteen minutes from Palma, designed and built by Viraje — one of Mallorca's most innovative architecture and construction studios. The project sits on a 2,000 square metre plot with views across the bay of Palma and the Sierra de Tramuntana, combining clean modern volumes with the warmth of natural materials throughout.

Inside, the interiors balance restraint with tactile richness: a sculptural travertine staircase screen anchors the entrance, while the living spaces open fully to the pool terrace through floor-to-ceiling glazing. Walnut cabinetry, oak furniture and polished concrete floors carry a considered material palette from room to room, grounded always by the Mediterranean light flooding in from the garden.
