La Akoya is a luxury residential photography project commissioned for Perlen Taucher in Calvià, Mallorca.

This newly built contemporary villa is defined by its floor-to-ceiling glass facades that dissolve the boundary between interior and exterior, framing views over the Mallorcan pine forest and the sea beyond. A sculptural olive tree growing through the heart of the living space adds a striking architectural element unique to this property. Outdoor spaces include a generous pool terrace with sun-drenched lounging areas and an al fresco dining terrace overlooking the landscape
