Casa SA17 — Architecture Photography, Bendinat, Mallorca

Casa SA17 is a residential architecture photography project documenting a new-build contemporary villa in Bendinat, Mallorca. The project was designed by Estudio Cano, with structural engineering by Sigma Building and construction by M2 Reca Construcciones.

The villa sits in one of Mallorca's most established residential areas on the southwest coast, combining clean architectural lines with generous outdoor living — a private pool, extensive terraces and interiors defined by natural light, neutral materials and open-plan spatial flow.

The photography covers the complete property from interior living and bedroom spaces through to the pool and exterior terraces, documenting how the architecture performs across the full range of the home.
